“Creed” here is one of three hatchets I picked up recently!
I was able to get many pictures of the process here.
Creed was re-handled, sharpened, sanded, burned, polished, oiled, waxed and branded.
A bit of digging revealed he is from WW1!
Creed is headed home and ready to get back to work!
